Exploring how parts and areas of the body move using Ortho-Bionomy® principles is illuminating and informative to both client and practitioner. As a specific method for promoting release of tension patterns, gentle movement is a key tool in practicing Ortho-Bionomy. It is also highly valuable in assessing, and bringing integration during a session. In class we'll work with the spine, pelvis, ribcage and the extremities.

In Phase 7 we work through symbols, either in a client's presence or at long distance, to assist in self-correction. The Phase 7 symbols (also called patterns) address all levels of human experience and allow practitioners a non-forceful, elegant way to connect with the client in a universal place. They can be used to connect with a client individually and/or with a situation as a whole.
